A B2B organisation was faced with the challenge to generate an inbound interest for its services.

 

Approach
 
Customer research was done to understand how prospective customer’s consumed content. A content strategy was crafted to address the needs of the buyer at different stages of their buying journey. Created blogs, landing pages, forms and live chat to assist potential buyers in their journey to purchase. A digital marketing campaign was created with call to actions (CTAs) placed at content distribution channels like blogs, website, landing pages and emails.

Generated 60x leads in comparison to previous digital marketing campaigns by using an inbound marketing approach. Created a content strategy that identified valuable content and experiences for the target audience. During the pandemic, a professional services organisation was faced with the challenge of communicating their value proposition to the target audience, establish trust and win customers.

Approach

 

Customer research was done to understand the prospective customer’s buying journey. The customer insights played a key role in identifying the right channel mix to reach customers. An inbound marketing approach was used to generate interest for the organisation’s services.

Created a marketing plan and set marketing objectives that were aligned with overall business objectives. Picked a sales strategy for the brand and created a sales plan that complemented the marketing plan. Implemented a sales process for the sales team.

A B2B organisation had an existing customer value proposition that was not resonating with the customer. The organisation was unsure if it was targeting the right market segment.

Approach

 

Existing and adjacent market segments were investigated to explore the potential of an incorrect market segment. The buyer insights unveiled the potential to offer a new value proposition for a more attractive market segment. 

Brainstormed multiple offerings that would address buyer needs of the new market segment. The organisation took a decision to focus on a few offerings from the brainstormed list. This is to ensure more focus and depth in its offerings.

OUTCOME

Created an offering that addressed buyer needs, behaviours and challenges of a new market segment. Updated the organisation’s marketing materials to reflect this change. This included updating website content, thought leadership articles and profile on social media channels.
