About Me

As the founder of INNMCO - INNovation & Marketing COmpany, I have experience launching and positioning our services in market. I created and implemented our go-to-market plan and digital marketing strategy. I create content for our digital marketing campaigns, promote campaigns using digital marketing channels (search, social, email, partnerships) and generate leads for our business. 

I am a digital marketing consultant, HubSpot solutions provider and an author at the Marketing Insights Blog where I write about my entrepreneurship journey, go-to-market and digital marketing. I specialise in content marketing, organic search (SEO), linkedin advertising, email marketing and marketing automation - HubSpot and Zapier.

I utilise a prototype, test and learn approach to achieve results - examples of our workI have an MBA (Executive) with distinction from AGSM UNSW Business School.

A B2B organisation was faced with the challenge of building brand awareness and generate leads for its services.

Approach
 
Customer research was done to understand the prospective customer’s buying journey. The customer insights played a key role in establishing the right media mix to reach customers online. The choice of social media channels were dependent on places where the target audience most frequent and preferred communication channels. The marketing team set marketing objectives that were aligned with overall business objectives.

OUTCOME

Increased leads by 400% by creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy to reach prospective buyers online. Buyer research provided insights to buyer behaviours and channels used to consume content. Established an online presence for the brand by building a website using HubSpot CMS and establishing a social media presence (Linkedin). Promoted the content by creating and running digital marketing campaigns in social media, emails and partnerships. Implemented HubSpot CRM to segment leads and manage the customer lifecycle.

Challenge

 

Prior to service launch, a B2B organisation wanted to test, if its customer value proposition and pricing strategy would resonate with prospective buyers.

Approach

 

A prototype of the service offering was tested with prospective buyers. The feedback from prospective buyers provided insights on how prospective buyers perceived the service offering. These insights were used to further update the customer value proposition.

A prototype of the pricing strategy was created to test the price range with prospective buyers. The feedback from the tests revealed areas of the pricing strategy that needed to be fine tuned prior to service launch. These insights were used to update the price of the service offering.

OUTCOME

Created prototypes of the organisation’s customer value proposition and pricing strategy to test with prospective buyers. We focus on concepts that can be applied to any digital marketing tools.
