Hello I’m Anees Misbahudeen

Customer research was done to understand how prospective customer’s consumed content. A content strategy was crafted to address the needs of the buyer at different stages of their buying journey. Created blogs, landing pages, forms and live chat to assist potential buyers in their journey to purchase. A digital marketing campaign was created with call to actions (CTAs) placed at content distribution channels like blogs, website, landing pages and emails.

Buyer interviews were done to learn more about needs, behaviours and challenges of prospective buyers. These insights were used to create content that were aligned to prospective buyer needs at different stage of their buying journey. Keywords were selected based on content alignment and prospective buyer needs. Keywords selected based of ease of ranking and search volumes.

Approach
 
Customer research was done to understand how prospective customer’s consumed content. A content strategy was crafted to address the needs, goals and challenges of the buyer.
 
Created content themes and digital marketing campaigns that addressed buyer needs. Created blogs and landing pages to assist potential buyers in their journey to purchase.
 
Call to actions (CTAs) were placed at content distribution channels like blogs, website, landing pages to generate leads for the business. Keywords were selected based on content themes and prospective buyer needs.
 
Utilised a mix of navigational, informational, commercial and transactional keywords. Keywords selected based on ease of ranking and search volumes. Created and enhanced SEO content, implemented on-page SEO and technical SEO in a sprint of 3 month duration for a service area.

Increased leads by 400% for a B2B business by building trust with the buyer using content marketing

Challenge

 

A B2B organisation was looking to build trust with the buyer by addressing their needs, goals and challenges. They were spending more time integrating multiple marketing and sales tools as opposed to focusing on marketing efforts to achieve marketing and sales goals. The use of multiple marketing technologies constrained the organisation from executing their content marketing strategy and building trust with the buyer.

Approach

 

Conducted buyer research to learn more about buyer needs, goals and challenges. Utilised a mix of discovery sessions, desktop research, vendor demos and free trials while evaluating tools for different parts of the sales and martech stack. A few challenges included multiple tools, multiple sources of truth and increase in time spent on integration between tools. The website builder and blogging tool had limited capabilities like page limits and limited SEO capability.

These challenges helped formulate the requirements for the new sales and martech stack. This served as an evaluation criteria while evaluating tools for different parts of the sales and martech stack. Created content using the new technology platform for addressing buyer needs at different stages in the buyer's journey.
