Making a switch from employee to founder is a bit of culture shock⚡.

I made the switch from ideating in teams to ideating with close confidantes.

I surrounded myself with a team of people with whom I could discuss problems, ideate solutions and test ideas.

Over time, I started to accumulate marketing strategies and campaigns that worked for me. I share these tried and tested tips in my marketing talks for fellow founders, CEOs and marketers at companies of all sizes.
